Labor Management Relations
The Garber Law Firm represents management in traditional Labor Law matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act. We appear before the National Labor Relations Board representing our clients in Unfair Labor Practices cases as well as Union Organizing drives, decertification petitions, deauthorization petitions and unit clarification matters. We also assist companies in countering strikes, picketing and boycott activity. Additionally, we regularly negotiate collective bargaining agreements on behalf of our unionized Employers, as well as represent them in arbitrations arising under those Agreements. For our non-union clients we provide advice on how to remain non-union and assist in union avoidance.
